Report Hackers Here

Step-1: First of all go to the official support page of Free Fire. Also Read – Huawei HarmonyOS Launched, Will Replace Android in These Devices

Step-2: Here on the right side the button of “Submit Request” will appear, click on it.

Step-3: After this select your region from the drop down list.

Step-4 : Then select “Hacker Report” from the “Type of Requests” list and enter the information.

Step-5: Select the type of hacking from the list given here. Then enter the hacker’s Free Fire ID. After that share the information about your problem.

(Note that only video attachment will be considered as valid hacking proof here, you cannot report any ID by putting screenshots.)

Step-6: After reporting the hacking, click on the submit button. This way you can report any hacker.

Report missing in-game items here

Many times players do not receive in-game items in Free Fire. In such a situation, players can report about it by visiting the support page. However, players must report within 24 hours of purchasing an in-game item.

Step-1: First of all go to the official support page of Free Fire (https://ffsupport.garena.com/hc/en-us).

Step-2: Here on the right side the button of “Submit Request” will appear, click on it.

Step-3: After this select your region from the drop-down list. Then select “Payment Issue” from the type of request by entering in-game item purchase information, e-mail address, Free Fire ID, in-game name, etc.

Step-4: Players have to attach the receipt of Google Play Store with it. After reporting click on submit button.
